Rachel joined Brown & Korte in September 2011 following her call to the Bar in July 2011.

She obtained her JD from Queen’s University (2010) and articled at a civil litigation firm in Kingston, Ontario. Rachel obtained her BA (Hons) from the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia (2005) and her MA from the University of Toronto (2006).

Her practice focuses on acting on behalf of insurers in the defence of tort and accident benefits claims.

Rachel is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
