Simmi joined Brown & Korte in November, 2009. She completed her B.A.(Hons) from York University where she double-majored in Philosophy and Law & Society. In 2007, Simmi obtained her law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.

Her practice focuses on defending insurers in the defence of tort and accident benefits claims.

Simmi is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Law Society of Upper Canada.
