At Brown & Korte, as an insurance defence litigation firm, which specializes in representation of insurers, we take our responsibility for the protection of privacy very seriously. We have the policies and procedures in place, to protect personal information and ensure the fair handling of it at all times, throughout the organization and in dealings with third parties. We exercise the upmost care in collecting, using and disclosing personal information. Our sole use of this information is for the delivery of legal services.

The personal information collected, used and disclosed by Brown & Korte includes not only the name, address and telephone number of our clients, but also includes any information necessary to understand, respond and represent the needs of our clients. This information may be provided by others in addition to our clients. However, the goal always remains the same: the delivery of superior legal services and advice.

Brown & Korte has long established policies for the protection of the personal information of our clients in place before the law required it. Access to our office is secure and controlled. Everyone who works here signs a confidentiality policy. Our office’s computers are similarly secured and access to information is limited to those with a direct purpose in accessing it. Such access may include lawyers, clerks, secretaries, and others, including experts who have retained to assist us in the delivery of legal services. We retain professional and secure document destruction and storage firms.
